Documentary Film Screening
MAD has co produced different documentaries to shed light on the stories from the field, and to bring to life the community and the environmental + economic challenges they face.
Host a screening to watch with your organization's advocacy and learning, or use the film as an educational tool for students as they discuss topics such as
Indigenous culture
Farming
Life after a catastrophe (Mount Pinatubo)
All proceeds from the film are used to help run operations for reforestation. This film can easily be paired with Flavors from the Forest so you can eat and drink forest food while enjoying the film.
Our first available film is an interactive one featuring 3 community members from Sitio Yangil and their challenges after Pinatubo - 30+ years later.
Choose from the 3 characters above to learn more about their stories - and contribute to their growing green economy! More information on their community's progress can be found here. https://madtravel.org/pages/impactreport
Sponsor a screening for your organization, a public school or for your own educational institution to engage and learn how you can create more impact while enjoying the film!
