Mad Travel aims to travelers to communities and nature. Through collaboration we can create opportunities to connect that are fun, educational and impactful.


Where can I place my order to?

Orders can be taken via website for standard products or via email. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Do I need to male down payments?

Yes. 50% down payment so that we can confirm the trip and 100% before arrival.

How will I make my payment?

Refund Policy & FAQs

1. Cancellation Policy:

A. In case of fortuitous events, the team may call off the program and will refund the unconsumed amount. This means that any spend on food preparation or service will be deducted.

B. In case of a no show, the entire amount is forfeit.

C. Cancellations that are made 48 hours before the arrival date may be considered for refunds, but subject to deductions on service and food expenses already incurred.
