How to Run Zero Waste Events

With avoidable waste on the rise, our garbage is choking the ocean, poisoning sea creatures, causing floods and getting into our food system. One main source of waste are pop up events, that organizations, families and governments host.
Whether it's a family reunion, a simple picnic, a corporate outing, professional conference or board meeting - events tend to generate waste.
What if we could train event organizers to effectively reduce their own waste by enhancing their network of suppliers and showing them simple and replicable methodologies?
Sponsor or book a workshop so that your government or organization can be part of the waste reduction solution.
Remember - recycling is good, but waste reduction is even better!

Based on the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, refusing, rethinking and reduction are the BEST options in managing waste, while recycling is the LAST RESORT. This workshop focuses on refusing and reduction through systems thinking and case studies.
