As health and food preferences become more important, we have noticed a trend in more no meat requests. Sometimes, we also get comments that the Philippines isn't very vegetarian friendly.
In response to the needs, our team put together a list of dishes that we normally serve to those avoiding meat when on our trips. These dishes can be cooked with meat but just tell the chef to take out meat and fish and they turn into good veggie friendly meals.
While this list is not comprehensive, we have found that many cooks and chefs in restaurants and communities are able to make these slight changes to provide delicious meat free meals.
